Placing an order is quite simple. Just click on the product that interests you and then click “Add to Bag’’, it will be automatically added into your shopping bag.
You can view product pages and automatically add as many products as you like in your shopping bag, without having to be redirected into your shopping bag page.
If you wish to change the quantity or remove from your shopping bag, simply click on your shopping bag button on the top of the page, view the item that has been added into your shopping bag and click edit or remove. If you click on edit, you will have to then click on “Update My Shopping Bag” button were you will be transferred into your shopping bag page. At this page you will be able to change the quantity and click “Update Shopping Bag”. You will then have the option to click on the button “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout.”
If you click on “Continue Shopping” you will be transferred to the Home Page.
In the case that you clicked on “Proceed to Checkout,” you will be asked to login if you are not already logged in, register if you are a new customer, or activate your existing account in the case that you are Beauty Line customer and have a Benefits card.
After the order has been processed by us and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking code.
The order confirmation email will include your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method, your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.
The order confirmation email will not be your actual invoice; it will be a pro-forma invoice. After your order has been processed, the original invoice will be shipped along with your order delivery.
After the order has been processed by Beauty Line and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking code.
